Dalton-Whitfield Solid Waste Authority Locations Closed for Independence Day

Facilities closed in observance of Independence Day

(Dalton, GA, June 21, 2021) –  Four Dalton-Whitfield Solid Waste Authority facilities will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Locations include the Old Dixie Landfill & Convenience Center, McGaughey Chapel Convenience Center, Westside Convenience Center, and the M.L. King Convenience Center.

Saturday, July 2, 2022 – All Locations Open (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)

Sunday, July 3, 2022 – All Locations Closed

Monday, July 4, 2022 – All Locations Closed

Tuesday, July 5, 2022 – All Locations Open (7:00 am – 6:00 pm)

DELAYED OPENINGS JANUARY 17, 2022
